Our Ministries

At YWAM Phalombe, we live out our vision in part through various ministry activities. Through these programmes, we seek to grow people in their relationship with Jesus Christ and to achieve their God-given potential in terms of Education and daily life.

In Homework Club, we support about 40 students twice a week. The children come after school for additional lessons in English, Mathematics and sometimes Science. We also run games and spend some time worship God and praying together. Over the years, we build relationships with these young people and encourage them to do their best at school. We have seen a number of children excel at the local primary school because of this partnership with the school teachers and parents of the children who come.
